Personal Lines New Business Marketer:
Candidates must be upbeat and have strong organizational skills. We are a very busy and vibrant agency. Candidates must be able to thrive in a professional environment, and must feel comfortable working individually and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional aptitude for client service and sales. Knowledge of Vertafore AMS 360 and P.L. Comparative Rater, a plus. Manage all phases of the client service process, usually in conjunction with an Account Executive or Producer, from initial contact with lead, to quoting and binding personal lines policies (Auto, Umbrella, Homeowners, Flood, Motorcycle, Boat, etc.) to preparation and marketing to policies. Requirements include: Current License for Insurance Property and Casualty in the State of Washington. Experience in insurance marketing and sales. Internet savvy with ability to navigate carrier websites.
Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative:
Candidates must have strong organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple clients’ needs simultaneously and manage all phases of the client service process. Our CSR’s are known for their ability to protect and advocate for their clients. Knowledge of Vertafore AMS 360 a plus. Requirements include: Current License for Insurance Property and Casualty in the State of Washington. Prior experience in insurance commercial and/or personal insurance sales and service preferred. Proficient in the internet and maneuvering through carrier websites.
Insurance Claims Advocate:
The position of Claims Advocate interacts between policyholders, staff and insurance carriers to process and take care of customer’s needs while following the procedures and guidelines set forth from the insurance carrier and the agency. We are looking for someone who possesses empathy and compassion, who can deal sympathetically with clients. Also, strong organizational skills and the trait of systematically performing multiple tasks is important for this position. Proactive problem-solving, interpersonal skills and ability to open up the lines of communication between clients and insurance carriers. Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to pay close attention to details and superior customer service phone skills. Knowledge of Vert fore AMS 360 a plus. Daily responsibilities include: Being a resource for the customer. Gather information from clients after initial accident. Recommend remediation specialists, if needed. Submit claim to insurance carrier. Ensure Claims Adjuster is scheduled to review. Document all steps/actions/activities of the claims process. Requirements include: Current License for Insurance Property and Casualty in the State of Washington. Experience in insurance industry/agency. Internet savvy with ability to navigate carrier websites.
