What Agents, Clients Need To Know About ISO's Commercial Property Changes

Insurance Services Office (ISO) introduced five new commercial property endorsements to attach to its revised commercial property policy. Along with these updated forms and new endorsements, ISO also revised 13 of its current commercial property policy endorsement. All of these changes became effective in November or December 2008 (based on the state), and sport a 06/07 edition date.

AAIS Develops Agricultural General Liability Program

The American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) will soon initiate a countrywide filing of its new Agricultural General Liability (AgGL) Program, the property/casualty industry's first standardized general liability program specifically designed for farms and agribusinesses. The program will consist of two base forms, numerous endorsements, plus a program manual with rules, agricultural rating classifications, and loss cost rating information.
