A NOTE FROM JEFF ROUNDS, PRESIDENT, LIBKE INSURANCE
To our valued clients:
As our customer, you’re part of our community – that is why we wanted to reach out. It goes without saying that our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19). We find ourselves in the midst of unprecedented events with this virus. We understand the shutting down of schools, restaurants, gyms and other businesses in Washington state will have a major impact upon the daily lives of our clients, our communities and our economy.
At Libke Insurance we are here to help. Our offices will remain open. We have invested in technologies that allow us to serve you without your need to come into our offices. We can do most things via email or phone calls. We have electronic signature solutions and online payment options. We can even set up a video call should the need arise. Our goal is to protect our clients, our staff and our communities.
In order to protect our staff we are asking our clients to not bring any currency into our offices. Due to the virus being known to have spread from exchange of money and checks we are asking our clients to please utilize online payment methods or call our office and we can assist with payments over the phone.
We will continue to provide you with updated information as it becomes available. We appreciate your understanding during these difficult times and we thank you for allowing us to assist with your insurance needs. Please know the protection and safety of our clients, our staff and our community remain our top priority.
